Suzanne L. Schneider is a dedicated advocate who grew up in the New London and Spicer area. Suzanne grew up in a family of attorneys, from whom she learned early on the importance of using her voice to help others navigate life’s most challenging circumstances. After spending several years in the Twin Cities, Suzanne is pleased to have settled down in the Minnesota River Valley, where she is building her legal practice and serving clients throughout central and southern Minnesota.
Suzanne focuses her practice on family law and civil litigation. Her family law practice primarily includes areas of marriage dissolution, custody and parenting time matters, child support, spousal maintenance, Orders for Protection (OFP), and Harassment Restraining Orders (HRO). Suzanne is a compassionate yet tenacious advocate who works closely with her clients to achieve practical, effective resolutions. Suzanne strives to guide her clients through difficult transitions with clarity, confidence, and a focus on long-term success.
Prior to joining Blethen Berens, Suzanne practiced family law as an Associate Attorney with Henschel Moberg, P.A., a Minneapolis based boutique family law firm. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk in Ramsey County, Family Court for the Honorable Victoria A. Gardner where she gained valuable insight into the judicial process and family court proceedings.
Outside of the office, Suzanne enjoys downhill skiing, water skiing, surfing, weightlifting, hunting, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. Suzanne is a former competitive alpine ski racer who raced for both the University of Minnesota Duluth, Bulldogs and Four Degrees Ski racing teams.
