We are located in the Profinium Place Building on the corner of Warren Street and Riverfront Drive. Park in the City Center Parking Ramp, on the first or second level, which can be accessed on Warren Street, Cherry Street, or Riverfront Drive.

There are three buildings connected to the ramp. Our building is the only one with glass doors on the first and second levels. The first level has a handicap accessible entrance including door push buttons. Enter the building through those glass doors. Once inside, take the elevator to the 4th floor.

The City of Mankato uses a gateless pay-by-plate system (no ticket required). Parking in the ramp is free for the first two hours. If your meeting is scheduled for 2 or more hours, the parking fee is $3 per day which can be paid by using the QR codes posted throughout the ramp or by texting MKTOCITY to 25023. It can also be paid at the Pay Station located on the 1st level of the ramp public stairwell which is connected to the apartment building on the southeast corner of the ramp. You will need your license plate number to pay.
