Silas Danielson focuses his practice in the areas of Landlord Matters, Business Matters, and Estate Planning. He is also a CPA which helps him to have a common sense approach to business and estate matters. Silas represents a significant number of residential and commercial landlords, dealing with complex tenant issues and low-income housing matters. In addition, he regularly handles complex business matters and estate issues, including transition planning for small businesses, and sales and purchases of companies.
Prior to becoming a member of our team, Silas worked for a large Minneapolis CPA firm. Silas believes in providing prompt, quality service to every client.
