Blethen Berens and Morken Eckberg Steiner have joined together to hold an ag law seminar in Mankato and Hutchinson. The featured speakers include attorneys Jeremy Berg and Christopher Roe of Blethen Berens, and CPAs Joel Eckberg, Glen Steiner and Bronson Power of Morken Eckberg Steiner. The free seminar will include a roundtable discussion on a variety of topics related to ag law:
- farm tax planning
- retirement and gift planning
- setting up farmland ownership
- 1031 exchanges
- potential changes in legislation.
