We are pleased to announce that attorney Jared Koch has joined the partnership of Blethen Berens. Jared has practiced law for five years with Blethen Berens as an associate. Jared practices in the areas of business law, real estate, estate planning, probate, and guardianship and conservatorship law. Jared’s broad scope of practice allows him to provide comprehensive support to individuals and small businesses as they navigate their legal needs, including matters such as entity formation, succession planning, and purchase or sale of a business.
In addition, Jared dedicates a significant portion of his practice to estate planning, probate, and guardianship and conservatorship matters. Jared emphasizes creating estate plans tailored to a client’s needs and helping families navigate the probate process after a loved one’s death.
Jared graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law with Highest Distinction in May 2018. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of Minnesota and is a member of both the Minnesota State Bar Association and Sixth District Bar Association.
