Blethen Berens is pleased to announce Alyssa Nelson and Jeffrey Grace as their newest partners.
Alyssa Nelson represents clients in family law, landlord law, employment law, and civil litigation matters. Whenever possible, Alyssa tries to advise clients of ways to minimize the risk of costly litigation. When litigation is necessary, Alyssa has the experience and skills needed to be a strong advocate for her clients in the courtroom. Alyssa is also a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.
Jeffrey Grace’s practice is focused on general litigation, creditor rights and collections, criminal law, construction litigation, insurance law (both individual and company), and personal injury and wrongful death. He has significant trial experience, successfully litigating both bench and jury trials.
