Jim was elected to membership in ABOTA following more than 30 years of litigation experience, including over 50 jury trials as lead counsel. Jim is a partner at Blethen, Gage & Krause, where he focuses on the areas of ADR, insurance law, personal injury and wrongful death.
ABOTA was founded in 1958 and is comprised of approximately 6,300 lawyers and judges in 90 chapters in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
