Becca began working at the law firm in 2009 and moved into the position of real estate legal assistant in 2013. She coordinates and closes real estate transactions and assists the attorneys with real estate title searches, and the drafting of documents and title opinions. Her goal is to make the closing process smooth and understandable to clients, and to be readily accessible to all parties when questions arise. She places a high value on the relationships she has formed with clients, bankers, and realtors, and appreciates the knowledge and support of the attorneys and staff of Blethen Berens, as well as the many opportunities she has to continue learning. The history of properties and the stories attached to homes, farms, and businesses as they change hands over the years are fascinating to her and make every closing interesting and unique.
