For over 35 years, Jim Turk has practiced in the areas of Personal Injury, Insurance Law and Commercial Litigation. Jim has served several years as a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Because of his many years of experience, Jim has also been selected as a Minnesota Leading Attorney in the area of Personal Injury Law and Commercial Litigation.

His experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution means Jim is often called upon by other attorneys to serve as a mediator or arbitrator to resolve personal injury, construction, commercial and estate disputes.

Personal Interests

A civic leader and role model, Jim has served on many volunteer boards in the Mankato area. Outside of his practice and volunteer efforts, Jim involves himself with golf, fishing, gardening, handball, canoeing and the cultural arts, but especially enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and family.
