BGK Partner Julia Ketcham Corbett will again be presenting at the Southern Minnesota Area Human Resources Association annual Employment Law Seminar. The seminar will take place June 19th at the Country Inn and Suites. Julia will be presenting on the Family Medical Leave Act. She will focus on tough FMLA situations including mental health issues, intermittent leave abuse, medical certification and recertification, and the interplay with the ADAAA for leave requests outside of, or in addition to, FMLA leave.
