Leah Holland joins Blethen Berens as an associate attorney after earning her juris doctorate from Mitchell Hamline. Leah entered the legal profession as a second career after working in healthcare for more than 20 years.  Her medical career was devoted to providing care for those in her community as an occupational therapist in a rural hospital.  She was born and raised in Faribault County and continues to live and raise her family there.  Leah’s practice is focused on litigation and family law. The Minnesota Earned Sick and Safe Leave Act (ESSL) is a new act of legislation that will go into effect on January 1, 2024.
