What is a District Court?  There are 94 district or trial courts in the United States.  District courts resolve disputes by determining the facts and applying legal principles to decide who is right.  Trial courts include the district judge who tries the case and a jury that decides the case.  In order to represent a party in a case in a district court, an attorney must be admitted to the bar of that particular court.

Jacob represents clients in a wide array of litigation-related matters including personal injury, product liability, family law, criminal defense and insurance law.  He also includes estate planning and probate as part of his practice.
