Julia Ketcham Corbett, attorney, was recently appointed an Administrative Hearing Officer by the City of Mankato. The administrative hearing process is new for the City of Mankato and allows residents to request a hearing process when they have received a notice of violation of certain City of Mankato codes or ordinances. In this role, Ms. Corbett will be presiding over and deciding these appeal hearings.
