Paul ShniderBlethen, Gage & Krause is pleased to welcome our newest associate attorney Paul Shneider.  Paul graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a Managing Editor on the Minnesota Law Review. While in law school, Paul sought out practical experience to supplement his legal education. He completed an externship with federal Judge Richard H. Kyle and served as a certified student attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic. Paul developed expertise helping businesses and nonprofits by serving as a research assistant to corporate law Professor John H. Matheson and volunteering with LegalCORPS, which offers pro bono business law assistance. Paul also worked as a summer associate at Best & Flanagan.

Before entering law school, Paul developed irreplaceable professional experience in the financial services industry where his responsibilities included insurance contract interpretation, regulation and statutory compliance, and support of  legal staff during complicated coverage reviews. These experiences shape his desire to work with Blethen Gage & Krause’s business clientele.

Paul’s practice focuses on helping business and nonprofit organizations with their legal needs.  He also represents individuals and businesses with real estate transactions and issues. To transfer wealth across generations, he assists businesses with succession planning and individuals with estate planning.

Welcome Paul!
