Susan holds a Paralegal Degree from Winona State University and has been working in real estate transactions at Blethen Berens since 2015. She researches property histories, drafts documents, coordinates and performs closings, and works directly with the attorneys. Each file is unique, and Susan enjoys the variety and learning opportunities her work provides. Susan especially values the relationships she forms in meeting with buyers, sellers, lenders and realtors as they walk through the closing process together. She understands that the purchase or sale of property is likely the largest financial decision buyers and sellers will make, and her knowledge and caring personality help clients feel at ease in knowing she has their best interests in mind. Whether you are involved in the purchase or sale of a residential property, new construction, farmland, or business, Susan believes in producing high quality work and uses her keen sense of detail to make sure the legal documents are correct and suited to everyone’s needs. No matter what kind of real estate transaction you’re involved in, or the role you play in it, Susan can provide the legal support you need for the process to go as smoothly as possible.
