Mike Boyle practices in the areas of commercial law, real estate, estate planning, probate, and agricultural law. He works closely with businesses and individuals on succession and estate planning and real estate transactions. Mike has served as outside corporate counsel for many for-profit and nonprofit businesses and is a very active title insurance agent.

For many years, Mike served as an Assistant Brown County Attorney and is currently City Attorney for Morgan, Minnesota. He serves on the board of the New Ulm Area Foundation and Eon, Inc. (formerly MBW Company) and for many years was a community advisor for Frandsen Bank & Trust in New Ulm.

He has served on the New Ulm Police Commission and the Board of the New Ulm Community Concert Association. He is also past-president of the Brown County Historical Society and past-chairman of the New Ulm Area Catholic Schools Board of Education.

Mike is a member of the Brown County and Ninth District Bar Associations, as well as the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Panel of Arbitrators, American Arbitration Association.
