Kelly worked in the legal field for 21 years before joining Blethen Berens in 2020. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm, and her experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate, and corporate, nonprofit and charity accountings assures clients that their affairs will be handled with understanding and meticulous care.

Kelly assists our attorneys with all aspects of probate administration and guardianship/conservatorships, including meeting with clients, preparing documents, electronic filing and recording of documents, gathering information for estate and fiduciary tax returns, final accountings and distribution of assets.

Kelly strives to make the probate and guardianship/conservatorship processes as smooth as possible for clients and finds it personally rewarding to offer guidance to those that may be unfamiliar with the processes.
